We’re bringing the most ambitious people on the Central Coast together for one afternoon. If you want to be around like minded people who are working towards something ambitious, this event is for you.

The afternoon
1:00–1:30pm · Breathwork. A guided session as a group, led by an instructor.
1:30–3:00pm · Contrast circuit. Move freely between the sauna, ice bath, mineral spa, float pods and showers.
3:00–3:30pm · Connect. Herbal tea and time to get to know everyone.
